The Queen Alexandra Foundation for Children

The Queen Alexandra Foundation for Children is a registered charity governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.  With historic roots originating over 80 years ago, the Foundation continues to provide financial assistance for programs, equipment and services that support the health and well-being of children, youth and families on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.

What's a bear to wear?

Starting November 24, 2008, the best dressed teddy bears in town will be on display at the elegant Hotel Grand Pacific in downtown Victoria as part of the Queen Alexandra Foundation's annual fundraising event, Bear Wear.  All funds raised at Bear Wear will go to support the Queen Alexandra Early Intervention Program.  For more information about Bear Wear and how you can get involved by sponsoring a bear, click here.
